Farzana Doctor

Biography

Farzana Doctor is a Tkaronto-based author, activist and a psychotherapist. She has written four critically acclaimed novels and a poetry collection.

Her latest novel, Seven, which Ms. Magazine described as “fully feminist and ambitiously bold”, was chosen for multiple 2020 Best Book lists and shortlisted for the Trillium and Evergreen Awards. Her poetry collection, You Still Look The Same, was released in May 2022.
