Joan Craven is a professional speaker, communications coach and author. Her latest book is titled Got It! 21 Communication Tips for Busy, Impatient People. She brings over 30 years in teaching and communications experience to her presentations. Past employement includes Director of Communications for United Way of Calgary and area, Communications Officer for Rocky View School Division and Joan managed a multimedia studio for the Calgary Board of Education. Joan has worked with hundreds of national, provincial and local organizations touching 1000s of adults and children.
